How price is calculated
The token price for the presale will be determined based on the discount corresponding to the lockup period selected, multiplied by the COMEX-UX1 U3O8 spot price at the time and date that the sale begins per the countdown timer.
This reference price will not change throughout the one week public sale period, thus if the COMEX-UX1 U3O8 spot price goes up, the discount increases, and visa-versa. You can commit ETH any time during the one week public sale, which will be exchangeable for $U tokens at the end of the lockup period.
Discount tiers & lockup periods
The public sale is capped at 250,000 $U tokens that will be offered according to the following discount and lockup schedule until the IDO:

Claiming process
Uranium3o8 tokens will be available to be claimed at the end of the lockup period in the launchpad by connecting your wallet and clicking “Claim $U”. The token amounts you will get are calculated by the value of ETH you commit denominated in USD divided by the price of Uranium as denominated in USD. If a particular tier is oversubscribed, the tokens will be distributed on a pro-rata basis, and your unallocated ETH will be refundable.
